Wood and finish
Built from solid oak blocks joined together and sealed with a satin matte coat. Choose a brown, walnut-tone, black or natural oak finish; every option is a color over the same oak. Because every board is different, grain, knots and tone vary slightly from the product images. Product images are digital renderings of this design, not photographs of a finished piece.

Built after you order at our own workshop in Hai Duong Province, Vietnam, which takes 7–10 business days, then shipped to you with DHL, FedEx or UPS. Delivery in about 10–17 business days from order confirmation, free to any US street address. Import duties are paid by us.

Care
Dust with a soft dry cloth and wipe spills straight away. Use coasters under hot or wet items and keep the table out of direct sunlight.

Returns & Warranty
Changed your mind? Ask for a return within 30 days of delivery; the piece must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Contact us first. Once we approve the return, we send written instructions and the return address.
- Change of mind: we pay return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: we pay return shipping in full.
- No restocking fee. Refund issued within 2 business days of the piece reaching us and passing inspection.
- Custom pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind.
A 12-month craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery.
- Covered: loose joints, unsteady bases, cracks beyond normal surface checks, a peeling or lifting finish, hardware we supplied that stops working
- Not covered: everyday wear, accidents, water or heat damage, outdoor use, and natural wood variation

Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
About 10–17 business days from order confirmation: 7–10 business days to make the piece at our own workshop in Hai Duong Province, Vietnam, then 3–7 business days in transit with DHL, FedEx or UPS. These are estimates; if your order will take longer, we email you.
Is delivery free, and will I pay import duties?
Standard delivery is free on every order to US addresses, with no minimum order value. We pay import duties and customs fees for US deliveries, so the carrier will not ask you for payment on arrival. We deliver within the United States only.
Is sales tax added at checkout?
No. All prices are in US dollars, and no sales tax or other taxes are added at checkout. Because we also pay import duties, the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first: once we approve the return, we pay return shipping and send you a prepaid label. There is no restocking fee. Custom pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every piece is covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, such as loose joints, unsteady bases, cracks beyond normal surface checks, or a failing finish. Everyday wear, accidents and natural wood variation are not covered.
Are the product images photographs?
No. Product images on this site are digital renderings of each design, not photographs of a finished piece; your piece is built to the dimensions and finish you choose. Grain and tone vary from board to board, so your piece will look slightly different. If you would like more detail about a design before ordering, email support@echotimber.com.
What wood and finishes do you use?
Every piece is made to order from solid oak, finished in walnut-tone, brown, black or natural oak. Each board comes from a different tree, so the grain, knots and tone of your piece will be its own. Each product page lists the sizes and finishes available for that design.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in US dollars.
