Echotimber sells solid wood furniture that is built to order and delivered to homes across the United States. We sell only through echotimber.com. Nothing in our catalogue sits in a warehouse waiting to be shipped: when you order a piece, it is made for you.
Built after you order
Every piece is made at our own workshop in Hai Duong Province, Vietnam. Woodworkers there cut, join, sand and finish it, which takes 7–10 business days. The piece is then checked, wrapped and sent directly to your address, a journey of 3–7 business days. From order to delivery, plan on about 10–17 business days. Because nothing is mass-produced, no two pieces are quite the same.
The wood
We work in solid oak, finished in walnut-tone, brown, black or natural oak. Each board comes from a different tree, so the grain, knots and tone of your piece will be its own. Product images on this site are digital renderings of each design, not photographs of a finished piece; your piece is built to the dimensions and finish you choose. Each product page lists the sizes and finishes available for that design.
What we commit to
- Free standard delivery on every order to US addresses, with import duties and customs fees paid by us
- Returns within 30 days of delivery for standard pieces; return shipping is paid by us and there is no restocking fee
- If a piece arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we pay the return shipping and you choose a replacement or a full refund
- A 12-month craftsmanship warranty, starting on the day your piece is delivered

Who runs Echotimber
Echotimber is the trading name of TIMBERECHO LLC, a limited liability company registered in Montana. Our registered office in Kalispell is the address of our registered agent: it receives legal mail for the company and is not a store, warehouse or returns address. The furniture itself is made and shipped from Vietnam.
